Bulletin Board for Camp

A small black board with a clamp to hold the event's schedules or messages to members has been approved. It will be hung on a pole of the fly by a peg. Leanne is in charge of acquiring this item. This is to not only keep us organized but to also aid in keeping up with members where abouts and such.

Helping fund Repairs

At the last meeting is was decied to help fund the repairs to the gun and trailer. ($50.00)

Supplying "A" hat pins  

It is in discussion as to whether we should purchase "A" hat pins to go on the men's caps.

Jeannie's Event Photos

As in the past, you are always welcome to copy any of the event photos on my photo webpage. I only post a sample of the photos, as each event I take about  50 - 100. If there is an event you would like a CD of all the photos, I will charge $2.00 for a re-writable disk containing that events photos. I can put several events on a disk, however, space is limited to about 150 photos per disk. Just email me with your request.
